Does the machine have adjustments?

Absolutely! Our label reel change design is as simple as it is intuitive, perfect even for first-time users of automatic labeling systems. And don’t worry, if you need an extra hand, we are ready to support you with detailed schemes to make the process even more smooth and stress-free.

What happens in case of failure or accident?

Labelpack provides all the ordinary and extraordinary assistance you may need, both remotely and in-person. In addition, if you sign an annual service and maintenance contract, a dedicated WhatsApp line will be opened for easy and immediate contact.

Can the machine connect to Industry 4.0?

Yes, an additional module can be integrated to connect the machine to the Industry 4.0 system.
