1. LABEL APPLICATION WITH ON-LINE VARIABLE DATA PRINTING
Created for an important multinational group, THIS SOLUTION CONSISTS OF TWO LABELX® ES LABELLING MACHINES equipped with a thermal transfer printing engine for on-line printing of bar codes on labels to be applied on bundles of instant coffee packs.
Thanks to the non-stop function, this solution allows you to intervene on the labelling machines to change consumables WITHOUT HAVING TO STOP THE PACKAGING LINE. A barcode reader checks the readability of the code and the presence of the label on the package.
2. APPLICATION OF PROMOTIONAL LABEL ON FLOWPACK PACKAGES
The application of promotional labels is MANAGED BY A LABELX® ES UNIT INTEGRATED ON THE CONVEYOR BELT exiting the flowpack packaging machine on a line of bakery products. This solution allows you to APPLY LABELS OF VARIOUS SHAPES AND SIZES ON PACKAGES OF VARIOUS SIZES with high application speed and ease of management. Where possible, the labelling machine can be INTEGRATED DIRECTLY ONTO THE FLOWPACK PACKAGING MACHINE by applying the label in the unwinding area of the film.
3. TAX LABEL APPLICATION ON BEER BOTTLES
The high performance of the LABELX® RM made it possible TO MANAGE THE APPLICATION OF TAX LABELS on the cap of beer bottles by integrating the solution on the conveyor module of the existing line.
The solution is equipped with TWO LABELLING UNITS WITH A NON-STOP FUNCTION to allow the change of the label reel without stopping the production line. LABELX® RM can manage application frequencies UP TO 600 LABELS PER MINUTE.
4. APPLICATION OF LABELS ON CHEESE PACKAGES
Applying labels of various shapes and sizes on cheese packages is the ideal job for LABELX® JR THE SIMPLE, VERSATILE END FUNCTIONAL LABELLER. The labeling unit is INTEGRATED ON A TRANSPORT ROD EQUIPPER WITH CONVEYING GUIDES to keep the product perfectly aligned when applying the label. The application speed is manually adjusted through the operator panel which allows you to manage other functions to ensure correct application. As an option, IT IS POSSIBLE TO INTEGRATE AN ENCODER DEVICE for automatic synchronization of the application speed with those of the conveyor system.
5. PRINTING AND APPLICATION OF LABELS ON THE LID OF BLUEBERRY TRAYS
The customer needed to apply labels on blueberry packages and PRINT ALL THE VARIABLE DATA ONLINE IMMEDIATELY after the products were packed.
Given the required speed, over 75 p/min, we opted for a solution consisting of a LABELX® ES equipped with a 300 dpi SATO print engine capable of GUARANTEEING EXCELLENT PRINT QUALITY AND CORRECT APPLICATION OF THE LABELS ON THE PACKAGES.
