MODULAR MS- BATTERIE
This labelling system has been designed and developed for automotive battery manufacturers. It has a modular structure made of AISI-316 stainless steel resistant to contact with any spills of acid contained in the batteries. The labelling system is equipped with an INTRALOXÒ plastic chain conveyor with AC gearmotor controlled by electronic inverter. Three labelling unit are integrated to apply one label on the side of the battery and two labels on the top. One of the top labellers is equipped with thermal transfer print engine that allow to print variable data and barcode onto the label before being applied. All the speed of the labellers are automatically synchronized with the speed of the conveyor. The electronic control of the labelling system includes a PLC Mitsubishi with touch screen operator panel, saving the setup recipes for each product and label as well as the mechanical positions of the labeling machines referring to the numerical indicators on the mechanical adjustments.
